Lead a sector-wide process to defi ne

operational performance measures
for teaching hospitals, collaborating
externally where appropriate, and
ensuring data is used to inform
operational decisions
Implement and optimise technology
to support effi cient operational
processes and enhance the client
journey including extending our use of
