Confirm your attendance - book tickets, gowns and photography

Tickets and gowns must be booked by Friday 23rd May 2025.

We are unable to guarantee your place if you do not book by the deadline.

This year, we are offering early gown collection (for all awards) and photography sessions at the Hawkshead Campus, on Tuesday 8th July.  This will only be available if more than 50 people sign up to this service.  If early collection appeals to you, please mark the appropriate option when booking your place through the Marstons’ website.

Once we know if this will be a viable option, (i.e. 50 have booked) those who have opted for early collection will be emailed with further details and timings to book for photography sessions.

This option is not guaranteed until we have a total of 50 bookings.  Once you have opted for collection on this date you must ensure you pick up your gowns as we cannot guarantee collection on Graduation Day.
