£7million has already been secured from the Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership specifically to support some of the research components of the project and the establishment of
laboratory space for small and medium sized enterprises. The College has successfully secured £45 million to facilitate investment in this major campus development through a debut private
placement with Sun Life Investment Management and will be embarking on
a Capital appeal for philanthropic support in 2019. Works are scheduled to begin in 2019.
