Working with Industry
Innovation and knowledge transfer from The Royal Veterinary College to industry underpins our international reputation for improving the health and welfare of animals.
Major research findings, such as the identification of a new drug, design of a new medical instrument or clinical trial protocols have significant commercial value.
Even relatively straightforward developments, such as the generation of a new antibody or a disease model may be of high interest to industry. Resources like medical images or samples of biological materials are often of value to commercial partners.
World-class researchers and industry partnerships
We encourage innovation and knowledge transfer by placing emphasis on sustainable working relationships between our world-class researchers and industry partners. The ºÚÁÏÉç has an excellent track record of collaborations and licence deals with multinational companies and SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises).
