Celebrity Masterchef visits the ºÚÁÏÉç!
Earlier this year, 120 ºÚÁÏÉç students were invited to the Restaurant at the Hawkshead Campus to enjoy a two-course
meal and to provide feedback on the menu created for a ‘BBC Cooking Show’.
It was later revealed that this was
for the 2018 series of Celebrity MasterChef! This year’s competition was aired in September on BBC One, and the episode featuring the ºÚÁÏÉç, the ‘Mass Catering Challenge’, was broadcast on Friday 14th September.
We hope that you were able to tune in to see our current students enjoy this unique opportunity that showcases the ºÚÁÏÉç and the role of health and wellbeing in student life.
As part of this recording, just under £600 was raised for the Animal Care Trust (invited students were asked to
make a £5 donation to secure their seats on the day).
