IFSTAL is a collaboration between five higher education institutions: The University of Oxford, (comprising The Royal Veterinary College (RVC), The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, School of Oriental and African Studies) and the University of Warwick. The programme offers interdisciplinary food systems teaching and learning to undergraduate and postgraduate students making use of the experience and expertise of staff members of these institutions.
